Shipping Timeframes
We deliver across India within 5-7 business days for metro cities and 7-10 business days for tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 will incur a shipping charge of ₹49.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. You can track your package in real-time using the provided link.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
Damaged or defective items can be returned within 14 days
Sale or final sale items are non-returnable
Return Process
Contact our support team at dspotmensfashionhub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a pre-paid return label for free pickup from your location.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
